Additionally, Diptune facilitates the seamless purchase of tickets, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process for all users.

By accessing or using Diptune in any manner, including browsing event details, purchasing tickets, or interacting with the platform's features, You explicitly agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy. This agreement forms a binding legal understanding between You and Diptune.
3. For individual events, there may be specific terms and conditions applicable to ticket sales, entry, or other aspects of the event. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these event-specific terms and the general T&C, the event-specific terms shall take precedence and govern Your engagement with that particular event.
4. Users are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when interacting with Diptune, especially during ticket purchases. Any attempt at unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform in violation of the rules is strictly prohibited and may result in restrictions or legal action.
5. All content on Diptune, including event descriptions, images, logos, audio/video clips, and other intellectual property, is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using this content without explicit written consent from Diptune.
6. While Diptune endeavors to provide accurate and timely information, it does not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions. Users acknowledge that Diptune shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, except to the extent required by applicable law.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with Diptune shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.

Cancellation Policy

1. Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded unless under Cancellation Protect or Event cancellation.
2. Refunds for cancelled or postponed events are processed within 14 days.

4. For Cancellation Protect:
   1. Refund 100% of ticket price within cancellation window.
   2. Window: up to 10 days before Event or courier date, whichever is earlier.
   3. Offline cancellations not allowed.
   4. Covers only ticket and food/beverages; fees and GST non-refundable.
   5. Partial cancellations not allowed.
   6. Refunds to original payment account.
   7. Booking confirmation is not the ticket; access only with physical/e-ticket.
   8. Diptune's decision is final.

Privacy Policy

1. Diptune collects and uses personal information (name, email, payment details) to provide services and enhance user experience.
2. Cookies and tracking may be used to improve functionality, personalize content, and provide secure sessions.
